Handmade Glass Products - Because of the nature of glass and the kiln-firing process, variations in color, texture, bubbles, dimensions, shape, patterna dn other characteristics may Occur. Variations are a normal part of handmade fused glass and are not considered defects. 2. Our Return Policy is that items purchased are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged. Glass is fragile. Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery. Any shipping damage should be reported within 3 days. 3. Wall Art Installation - Customers are responsible for determing whether walls, mounting systems or other structures are appropriate for the weight and size of the artwork. Any hanging hardware supplied with an artwork must be installed properly and onto an appropriate structural surface. For large heavy glass pieces, professional installation is recommended.
